It replaces impression paste with thousands of images taken in minutes: no gagging, and an exact 3D model of your mouth, which is where the whole plan starts.

Personal evaluation
We talk through what bothers you and what you expect from treatment, and examine your oral health. Where appropriate it is completed with photographs, exploratory tests and X-rays.

Intraoral scanner, no trays and no paste. In minutes there is an exact 3D model of your mouth.

We plan the movement of every tooth and show you a simulation of the result before starting.

Your aligners arrive
The aligners are made to measure and reach Lima ready to be fitted, with full instructions on use and care. Those four weeks cover planning the case, manufacturing and shipping from the United States.

Follow-up
Review appointments to check that everything is progressing as planned. The interval adapts to your availability: if you travel often or spend long spells abroad, the treatment is planned around those absences.

What patients ask most
What happens at the first evaluation?
It is a personal evaluation: we find out what you need, review your oral health and your goals, and set out the treatment options that suit your case. Where appropriate it is completed with digital diagnostics — scan, photographs and X-rays — for a full picture before any treatment is proposed.
Do you treat international patients?
Yes. The practice is in Barranco, minutes from Miraflores, and your care can be handled in English. For patients who travel often or spend long spells abroad, the treatment is planned around those absences: with proper planning and follow-up it can be carried through from start to finish.
Do you fit traditional braces?
We work mainly with clear aligners, because they let us plan the whole treatment digitally and show you the result before starting. When a specialist considers it necessary, traditional braces are fitted too.
Do you treat children?
Yes. Early orthopaedics treats children while their growth can still be guided, which avoids longer treatments later on.
How long does aligner treatment take?
It depends on how complex the case is: a straightforward one can take around 4 months, and a moderately complex one, close to 10. The 3D plan made before starting is what pins down exactly how many aligners you need and how long yours will take.
How long between the scan and getting my aligners?
About four weeks. That covers planning the case, manufacturing the aligners and shipping them from the United States to Peru.
How often are the check-ups?
Usually every two months, and the interval adapts to each patient’s needs and availability.
Does every treatment cost the same?
No. The cost depends on how many aligners your case needs, and that is set by its complexity. That is why the price is discussed only after the evaluation and the 3D plan: before that, any figure would be a guess.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Our financing lets you spread invisible orthodontic treatment over up to 24 monthly instalments.
